Polytechnique, Denis Villeneuve’s film about the Montreal Massacre, has won the Toronto Film Critics Association’s Rogers Best Canadian Film Award for 2009. Director David Cronenberg presented Villeneuve with the award and a $10,000 cash prize at a gala dinner in Toronto last night
