University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics Program supports over 700 student-athletes
who proudly wear the purple and the gold.
For our student-athletes, scholarship
assistance is key to their overall success as Huskies.
Tyee contributions
have long provided scholarship funds for all of our 23 sport programs.
Keeping pace with the increasing scholarship support is critical to remaining
competitive on a national level.
Your contribution to either the Husky
Scholarship Fund, or through endowment can help provide a student-athlete a once
in a life time opportunity to become a Husky.
A gift to the endowment
program is invested into a fund managed by the University.

have a tremendous impact on the Athletic Department as they benefit today's student-athletes
as well as generations to come.

Athletic Scholarship Fund: Points System
VASF, donors, contributions, membership, gift, pts, letterwinners,
football, athletics, priority, Fund. UTK Letterwinners
in any mens' or womens' sport will receive a one time addition of 50 points per
membership, provided the Letterwinner is a current T-Club member.
Contributions
to any other development funds of The University of Tennessee at any time are
NOT counted towards a donor's VASF point total.
The point system, as well
as a donor's annual gift level, will determine priority to purchase and location
assignment for new ticket orders and change requests fro basketball and football
season tickets, SEC and NCAA basketball tournaments, SEC football championship
and bowl games, football away game tickets, as well as parking for football and
basketball, and any other situation when donor requests must be prioritized.
SSU Athletics
scholarship, Baseball, Basketball, Memorial Scholarship, athletic
scholarships, SSU, Soccer, student-athletes, Scholarship Barry, Foundation Scholarship,
Water Polo. SSU Athletics does not receive funding from
the State of California or the University for athletic scholarships.
After
joining the CCAA in 1998-99, SSU awarded athletic scholarships to student-athletes
for the first time in the program's history.
For 2002-03, over 125 student-athletes
will receive an athletic scholarship ranging from $300 to $4,000 to assist them
in paying for tuition, books and fees.
Our coaches and staff work tirelessly
on a year round basis to generate funds for scholarships so that SSU teams can
remain competitive in the CCAA.

SAN LUIS OBISPO - Cal Poly officials have released preliminary
results from an advisory referendum asking students for a fee increase to maintain
existing services at the campus health center and to provide additional support
for athletic scholarships.
Students approved the Health Services fee referendum
to maintain existing health center services.
The current Health Services
fee paid by students is $31.23 per quarter; students voted to increase that amount
by $15 per quarter beginning Fall Quarter 2004, for an estimated total, adjusted
for inflation, of $47.42.
All results are preliminary and must still be
reviewed by Vice President for Student Affairs Cornel Morton and approved by President
Warren J. Baker.

Transfer Listing (SBA590) is produced on a daily basis which details the daily
award data transferred to the CFA System.
